Hi

I had an accident with a wall mounted light fitting the other day. Basically, I ripped it out. It is still attached to the wires, but dangling, and a load of masonry has gone.

What I want to do is plaster up the hole and forget about having a light there, but what do I do with the live wires?

This isn't covered in the wiki or how to sections.

I'd be ever so grateful if someone could tell me what to do.

Regards

Trace back to the point of supply and disconnect the cables, this is likely to be in the rose.
