I have a combi fitted. I have been left with the loft tank feeding most of upstairs. The feed to the tank is 22mm the feed from the tank is 28mm. Can i just connect these 2 using a reducer to give me mains pressure everywhere.

Well you can but have you costed in replacing low pressure ball valves in toilet cisterns?

Tony

No I haven't. Is that always necessary.

Would the 2 toilets not cope with mains pressure?

There are two different types of ball valve!

One for HP and the other for LP !

Tony

There's also the type that will take high and low pressure, but comes with a restrictor which fits in the inlet if it's to be used on HP.
