Hello. Can someone please help?
I'm new to this site and hope someone has some advice to help. I've noticed of late that my washing is coming out of the machine with more pet hair over them than when they went in. This is a nightmare with black trousers.
Friends have told me to remove a fluff/lint collection tray that they have on their washers, but mine does not appear to have this - only a pump cover.
I've cleaned the rubber seal around the door and had it run numerous empty loads to try and clear it all, but to no avail
Can anyone help?
