Removing radiator/ hot water

Hello,
I have a combi boiler and need to remove three radiators as I am doing some work in the attic and hall. Just want to know if I drain down the system and remove and then refill will other radiators in the house still work and will the hot water still work? Guna need to leave them off for a few week whilst I get rooms plastered.

Yes they will, just refill to 1 bar cold and make sure it's all bled properly.
