Removing rear bumper on my Suzuki Ignis

Good morning ,i am new here its nice to meet you all.
I am removing the rear bumper on my Suzuki Ignis and one of the bolts has sheared off(someone run in to my car in a car park,I'm not even sure how I remove the bumper as I have another one being delivered to day.Thank you

I can't tell from that photo, but if the bolt head has sheared right off you can still remove the bumper after undoing all the others. You might then have enough of the bolt showing to get some grips onto to undo. Otherwise you might have to drill it out. Or an easyout which also involves a drill. Give it a good spraying first.
 
Plenty of WD40 (or the like) and a light touch if you do get a grip on the broken stud. Might be worth letting oil soak in overnight. You wont get to many chances to grip before slipping .........
