I am in the middle of a refurb on a house and I have discovered the concrete floor in kitchen is about an inch higher than the floorboard living room. I think this is due to a thick screed on top as there is a thin trench around the outside of the kitchen for pipes and there is a little ledge an inch deep. I was wondering if anyone new the best way to remove the screed as cheap and quickly as possible??? Cheers Phil
