Right, this must surely be the most DIY of all DIY jobs. Can't believe I'm having to ask about this :(

I've got standard bathroom sink taps, just like the ones in this example video:

I've popped the caps off, and undone the centre screw, but I can't get the heads off. They feel physically locked. I've pulled, tried prising with a screwdriver, but they really feel as if something is restraining them still. Any ideas on how to get these off? Is it just a case of more elbow grease?!

Yep, they'll be stuck with limescale, grot and whatever.....try some WD40 or similar and leave them for a while.
Some heat from a boiling kettle may help.
Be lucky!
John :)

Thanks, it is a damp bathroom so I'm not surprised. I'll grow some more muscels.
