Removing towel rail

Hi,

I need to remove a towel rail temporarily. My thinking was to use the usual cap on the TRV to close that but then looking at the other side I can't see how I shut that one down?

Can anyone advise please?

One of the valves is a lock shield valve. The top is a cap which unscrews anti clockwise to reveal a allen key screw which you can then turn clockwise to turn it off. The other valve you can turn the head clockwise till it turns off.
