Renault Clio Petrol Flap

I have a Renault Clio F1, The petrol Flap opens when the car is unlocked. But this one unlocks occasionally. Anybody have any ideas please

Only had this on a Modus, and I had to replace the plastic bolt that holds the flap shut, as its spring had failed......maybe yours is similar?
