renault scenic window

hi.i have a renault scenic-Yreg.today my son opened the drivers side rear electric window.this window as not been opened for a long time and got stuck half way down- so the clip that is attached to the cable/window as broken.i know how to get door panel off etc...but how do you get clip off the glass to put new one on.thanks.mark. ps motor still works.

i would imagine the clip that has come off should just clip back on to the regulator wire/framework.

hi.thanks for reply,the clip has broken.so needs new clip.but how do you get clip off glass to put new one on.the cable is wormscrew type.
