Hi,

Have a porch previously rendered on all sides of the internal walls. So not directly exposed to the elements.

As it has this on already, can I just pva and go with one coat of standard mix sand and cement?
Beading not previously used on some of the outward corners, so would "probably" put on. However I want to get away with the thinnest coat possible.

Could I manage just one coat at say 5mm or less?

Thanks
John

...I should add that the existing coat is painted, stuck on extremely well and only has one existing coat which is rock hard.
I had to dig out several channels for cabling which have now been filled and it was so solid, hard work.
I would normally just plaster over but this area will likely get a fair amount of abuse as a porch, boots/shoes, umbrellas etc., so easily damaged if just plastered.

Hmm...

So simply 2 normal finish plaster top coats?

I suppose I could even get away with one coat of EasiFill 60?

It's 7 relatively small width sections, in/out/turn etc.

Hmm, so just 2 coats of finish plaster as usual?

I suppose I could also use EasiFill 60?

I say that as there are 7 small sides ins/outs/corners etc. so a bit tricky
