Hi,
I want to get the rear of my property re-render, I would also like to replace the cast iron down pipe and all other pipes as they appear in crap condition. Do I get someone to do the downpipes first or the rendering?

What order should it be planned in and what time frames?

Render first, downpipe second.

It's hard to give timescales as we don't know size of area to be rendered, access, what it's currently like ie: prep required before rendering. Render will need a scratch coat before finishing coat.

Also don't even think of rendering until spring at the earliest.
