Perhaps you mean Ashlar work where the setting render is ruled and struck to imitate stonework?
Thought I posted a reply on here yes as ree says ashlar but a common form of ashlar around doors and windows is called vermiculation where a Worm like pattern is created in the render that is cut to look like stone
