I am new to this site and this is my first post but would appreciate any experienced estimate of cost(labour and materials) and whether with or without VAT for the following two scenarios:
Cost of chipping off old render,scaffold,skips and re-rendering of the following two sized areas.
1. 130m2.
2. 200m2.
Both scenarios would require working to a max height of 10m.(Not sure whether this matters but that's the height anyway).
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I have mates of mates who could do the job but would like to obtain a good idea of cost for my own peace of mind as like most people I want value for money,not being awash loads of money and all that.
