Morning all,
There seem to be quite a few roof coating threads but I'm being offered one called "Renotec". The house is 35 years old, roofed with pretend slates Marley Eternit, I think? They're a fibre reinforced cement type structure. I've been told they only have a life of about 30 years? Yesterday we had some guys come round to clean the roof and they've broken rather a lot of them (which they're replacing now). I suspect that what I can see as having been broken from the ground, is just a fraction of what's actually cracked.
They're suggesting this "Renotec" coating, once they've repaired the damaged ones. Would I be throwing good money after bad?
