I would be grateful to receive advice on the right way to renovate shoddy tile grout in a shower. The tiles are great so we want to keep them. There are various roll on 'gunks' available, or is the best way to scrape out old ( most of it 'iron' hard) and re-grout?? Any clever bit a tackle you can buy?

Cheers

Thanks for the reply. I know the only way to do it is do it right but it is a swine of a job

I sympathise - my heart sinks whenever I see a poor grouting job, 'cos the leaky joint is always the one above the bottom row of tiles in a tiny shower enslosure.
