We have recently installed some new sash windows and the reveal lining has been attached. I have not ordered or placed the architrave around the window but the intention is to do so.

Currently it was foamed but there is some deep areas, is it ok to use Gyproc filler or better to NHL 3.5 then fill the top part?

You could use foam or sand & cement dollops or sand and lime dollops - NH lime is used in the mix not on its own.
Make certain that the whole reveal from frame to outside corner is flat.
I assume that damp was not an issue?

Thanks, they are complete flat and square they were pocket holed into the windows to hide any screw fittings and are neatly installed. It is complete flat too.

I will mix some NHL with sand and fill it in as I have 30 bags left :) I can always finish it off with a bit of Easi-Fill to level it off and finish it. Although all of the wall will be hidden by the architrave.
