Afternoon,
I needed to apply new anti slip paint to some steps.
When I ground off the old paint then pressure washed it an old mortar bed came off. Closer inspection revealed it was mostly blown.
What’s the best way to reinstate before applying anti slip paint?
Was thinking exterior self leveller but shuttering could be an issue.
