Repairing cracks in external render

Hi Guys,

Sorry if ive double up on topics but couldnt find this anywhere.

the front of our house is rendered and there are mutiple cracks and holes (from sales sign) which have been letting damp in and has caused issues on the inside. whats the best way to repair these cracks and damp proof the front of the house?
