Repairs for Cracks in walls and around windows

Hi all,

We have these cracks in a few of our walls and around a window frames
What can I do to repair them please as I've used filler but they have come back

Dig cracks out deep.
Vacuum.
Seal well with PVA 4 to 1. Do that twice and let dry for 4 hours.
Fill with toupret powder filler in 2 hits.
You need a trim around window. DIY have rack with all sorted of small trims
