Hi all!

I've just moved into a new house which has a Digistat+ (British Gas rebrand "WR1").

I've bought a secure SSR302 to hook into my home automation but the different wiring diagrams for the two are confusing.

As far as I can tell, the existing receiver is only controlling the heating, the wiring is as follows:

Here's the wiring diagram from the manual (not sure which mine is, but I have a condensing boiler not a combi so I assume the bottom)

This goes into a junction box which connects it back to the boiler as well as to the valve actuator to turn the heating on/off:

The left most of the two black cables is the heating actuator, with the right one being for the hot water actuator.

The part I'm confused about is the diagram for the new receiver, which doesn't have very clear instructions. If I use just the one channel, which of the wires from the original receiver should be connected where?

(Note: the downloaded manual shows 1 and 3 as channel 1, but the printed manual in the box shows 2 and 4 as channel 1, not sure if it really matters which is which but thought I'd mention it).

Vesternet, where I bought the SSR302 show some totally different wiring from what I expect in their guide, showing nothing connected to number 1:

Any help would be much appreciated, and apologies ahead of time if the formatting is off, I'm in mobile as my internet hasn't been activated yet.
