Replace tiles in kitchen without removing kitchen cupboards

I'm looking to replace the tiles in my kitchen / dining room area. These have become tatty, dirty and cracked.

Currently the tiles are installed underneath my cabinets. The worktop is granite so dismantling and removing the cabinets isn't a option other than to remove the doors and plinths.

I have attached some pictures. any advice would be appreciated.
