My wirless receiver (Timeguard TRT037N) stopped working, so I wish to replace it with Wiser Hub 2 so I can switch the heating on and off using my smartphone.

1) can some one please confirm if the wiring is correct?

L (brown) -> L
N (Blue) -> N
E (Yellow/G) -> E

COM (black) -> 2
NO (grey) -> 4

No. 2 on the Wiser is not COM. It is CH OFF - NC.

You don't need a COM connection on the Wiser. There is an internal link to L.

HOWEVER, on the Timeguard, the Grey and Black wires might be connected to 12V or 24V in the boiler so you will have to check this first.

The grey wire connects to ESI ESWCPCB3CB PCB at ROOM STAT2 N/O

The black wire connects to an electrical block connector and colour changes to a blue wire - which then feeds a separate junction box 2.

Now about that COM wire?
1) Not connect it to anything, terminate in electrical connector.
2) connect it to live L, prevent open circuit?

I believe This is S Plan setup, 2 CH zones and HW zone

The Drayton Wiser has a number of options

These include 0-60 volt opentherm volt free and non volt free. I would say you want the single channel version, but that is not what you have shown.

I got the Two channel cheaper than the One channel, Boiler Logic H15 is not opentherm,

The question remains regarding COM

So the system thinks you have a hot water store. You need some one who knows a whole lot more than me about Drayton wiser to say if it can be used.

That looks like OpenTherm to me? I would use meter to ensure 230 volt, seems likely shown to left is 230 volt, also likely as shown to right extra low voltage, personally would not take the chance.

Terminate Com or disconnect both ends.

Thank you all for your comments and advice:
EFLImpudence, ericmark, CBW

I will terminate com.
