I\\\'m removing a 3.5cm packing from beneath the WC to effectively lower it(so the wife can sit on it with her feet touching the floor). This will result in the waste pipe sloping UP to the sewer down pipe. Will this cause any problems in sewage disposal?

there are several rules you're always told as a plumbing monkey. One is that s**t doesn't go uphill

Sometimes it comes straight for you wherever you are...

you could try and shop arround for a lower pan with a higher outlet :?:

Seriously, if you don't want to move the junction down the soil stack and if you can't find a pan with a high enough outlet, your best bet is to raise the floor around the WC. Include a shallow ramp up to this unless you want to trip over a step in the middle of the night.
