Hi,
Greenwood Airvac is still a good brand of fan and you have done well with it lasting 10 years!
If you were happy with the performance of the Greenwood Airvac fan then I would look for swapping like for like. If a direct alternative is not available then make sure you look for a fan with similar airflow performance that will at least, meet building and electrical regulations. Look for the l/s (litres per second) and m3/h (metres cubed per hour) when comparing.
