Anybody give me rough idea what these units cost to replace plus any tips how to remove the internal beading. the units are 21w x 39h thanks. :D

Brickie is about right on that, although the 'specialist' firms start at about £130m2 just for clear float - if you add K, K tough, K tough obs, energikare K etc, etc the price can spiral up. To remove the beads, knock a firm, sharp scraper between bead and frame and lever it out. Start in the centre of the longest bead and work to the corners. Most glass suppliers have a minimum order size for sealed unit varying from 0.3 ~ 0.5m2 so shop around if the unit is small.

Supply only 4mm float units (max. 28mm thick) £55 per sq. metre plus vat.
