I'm trying to replace a lock which I purchased off Ebay which failed after less than 2 years.

Only problem I'm having is finding an exact flush fit.

The old lock from Ebay did stick out by about 5mm which I've been told is something I should try avoid, I've attached an image of the current lock. Would be amazing to find a lock which fits flush and is more reliable such as a yale.

Thanks
Jayman

If it stick out by 5 mm each slide, you'll need a 20/10/30 aka 25/35 if you can find one.
Otherwise 5mm lip is perfectly acceptable and you should go for a straight replacement 25/10/35 aka 30/40.
Too tight and internal knob might rub on the door.
