Replacement flag hinges with the same pattern

I need to replace six battered/yellowed flag hinges. While I'm at it, I'm going to switch them to chrome.

Do I stand a chance of finding a new set with the same pin pattern, or do I just suck it up and drill new holes? i.e. I take it there's no ISO standard for such things?

No standard sizes Im afraid, There are hundreds of makes and sizes.
If you post a pic of a whole hinge someone here might recognize the make.

I'll take a closer look tomorrow morning. This is what they look like complete:
