I have a replacement energy regulator for my hob which is supposed to be compatible, however when it arrived the terminals are different. I have however got a wiring sheet, but I don't totalls understand it!

The existing wiring was straightforward on the "STRIX" regulator:
  • Red -> "P1"
  • Black -> "4"
  • Pale Yellow -> "2"
  • Yellow -> "P2"
On the chart however it says "Neutral to" P2&4 with additional wiring information saying "Contacts linked. Link P1 to S1".

Does that mean I just need s single link from P1 to S1 or also somehow get the neutral to go from P2 to 4 as well?
