Replacement Taps and Grommits

Hello

The taps (plastic) are missing from the connectors on the filling loop and there is a rubber gromit missing - identified by Homeserve. They want to charge me the earth to replace.

Can anyone tell me where to order these parts please? The boiler is a Vailient EcoTec.

Photos would help to identify the missing O ring or washer.

There is of course the option of fitting a generic fitting loop on the pipework under the boiler.
