The tube below requires replacing but I’m not quite sure if there’s a low voltage equivalent available or indeed what details I need to order online. The tube is 400mm long, very thin but can’t see a 5 or 8 number and don’t even know if either of theses two digits is required.Help!

Fluorescent tubes do not have a voltage as such. The control gear does, so that tube, could be used in a caravan with 12 volts (extra low voltage) or with a 230 volt supply (low voltage).

Fluorescent has been discontinued, so in the main we are forced to use LED, but need to know more, to advise on a replacement.

It looks maybe a 13watt T5, colour warm white tube (3000k) though i think there longer at 500mm +

If its 400mm then it's maybe a 13watt T4 warm white tube.
The fittings these fit tend to fail before the tube, so a new tube may not even work, unlikely there's a led replacement lamp
Maybe measure the diameter and distance between the 2 pins at one end
