Noticed the toilet overflow was dripping a few months back, got round it with the ball cock arm adjuster, but that's no longer working.
Now getting a slow constant drip when the ball cock arm is fully raised.

Checked the ball cock and arm (all good) and cleaned out the diaphragm mechanism. I've concluded the rubber diaphragm washer must be worn out, as I'm still getting the drip.

Tried my local diy shop and they don't have a washer that matches it. I've also started looking online and can't seem to find a match.
I think the toilet is at least 25 years old, so am I waisting my time trying to find a matching diaphragm washer and I need to replace the whole entry valve kit?

I've posted a pic of the washer if anyone has any suggestions? (32mm width, 7mm height).

Many thanks

Just buy another ball valve as cheap. It's not worth the time and effort to locate parts
I stick to fluidmaster brand and just swap out for new.
Your looking at around £10.
