Her in doors wants a new bathroom suite. The present on is over 20 years old.
The toilet at the moment its waste is through a wooden floor into an internal soil stack. between the wall and the waste under the floor is the cold supply to the storage tank so i have not much room to move the waste. Any ideas?

Bathroom cabinet's & a back to wall pan cover up all manner of problems but they come at a price,

Thanks for your replies, but putting a cabinet up will make the small bathroom even smaller. her indoor will not be happy. can u still get the old style wc's that i can replace in white?

Not sure - they may be discontinued now but would only be available in the "low level" style anyway. (visible pipe to cistern)

"Back to wall" only really means you're putting the cistern in a box, which comes out only the extra couple of inches you probably need to get the pan in the right place.

don't mind pipe showing as long as her indoors is happy. has to be low level its below a window. Thanks for the help.
