Our home has suffered subsidence by around 50mm that slopes off to the corner of the lounge.

It has been like this for around 20 years so has not moved any further.

There is also a damp problem which apparently is due to rubble in subfloor breaching the DPC and bad airfloor in the subfloor.

Any ideas of the best way of tackling this.

Thanks

Simon

Remove floor boards and remove rubble.

Supply and fit new joist to old joists fixed together with bolts every 600mm.
To make a new level floor.
