Replacing bathroom extractor fan

I've had a Vent-Axis bathroom extractor fan fitted a few months ago as part of my bathroom refit. There are no issues with the quality of the work.

However, with the chillier nights now my bathroom is very cold in the mornings. The fan has no back-draught shutters so you can pretty much see all the way through to the outside (there's a fixed grille mounted on the outside of the property). If I hold my hand up to the fan when it's not switched on then I can feel a cold draught coming into the bathroom.

So, what i'd like to do is replace the bathroom side bits (i.e. just the extractor fan bit) with one that has the back-draught shutters that open and close automatically.

How much work would this be for an electrician? I really don't want any mess or any drilling/chipping away, etc, if it can be avoided as my home has now been refurbished and I can't bear the though of any more building work!

Ideally i'd want a direct replacement of the Vent-Axia fan for one with shutters.

Okay, so it looks like I don't need to replace the actual fan unit tiself - an inline shutter or shuttered external grille would be a much simpler solution.

Is this the kind of thing a handyman could fit/replace? I'm not a handyman in any sense of the word! lol...
