Vaillant 618 is very good boiler if fitted properly and the system is fully powerflushed.
£2K inc VAT sounds too cheap to me
I must admit I was expecting a bit higher, I suspect it's because it looks quite an easy install (if they exist), there's a great big space in the garage ready for it, everything is re-usable, pipework & gas is easily accessible and the new pipe runs are straightforward.
Only tricky bit I can see is the removal of the old Baxi.
Oh yeah, flush is included too.
