Hi,

I am looking at moving house and one of the houses I am interested in has a Gas boiler for the heating situated in the kitchen and there is a tank and immersion heater upstairs for the hot water.

I would ideally want a combi boiler fitting and the water tank/ immersion heater removing. How big a job is this and what would be a ballpark figure for doing it?

Thanks in advance

1. Is the incoming mains water pressure and flow rate suitable for a combi?
2. How many bathrooms?
3. Size of job is a piece of string without knowing layout and construction of property.
4. However, unlikely to cost more than £5,000, and more likely to be around £3,000. All subject to survey.
