Hi all,
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
I’ve got an old clay / glazed earthenware gully underneath the downspout from the guttering on the garage. I’m in the process of renovating the garden and would like something a bit more modern looking if it’s not a huge amount of work.
Would anyone be able to tell me how much work would be involved in removing the current gully in the photo and replacing with a plastic one e.g. Floplast.

Thanks in advance

Berore you get into your project too deep, I'd advise exposing the gully you have in situ to see what you will be connecting into and the heights etc.

Thanks to everyone for responding. Having watched the video (posted by @HERTS P&D) and thought about it some more, it feels like it’s maybe not worth the effort - painting it black could be a good option as suggested by @foxhole .
Thanks again for taking the time to reply
