Hi Guys,

Need to replace a CWS tank feeding the vented HWC, Not sure where to measure to ensure I get the same size etc, obviously the top ot the tank is bigger than the bottom, I assume its the top measurements?

Rough measurement is 710 wide x 600mm deep, did not measure the height.

Can you advise what size tank this will be?

Many thanks

Not hard to work out
1 litre is 10cm cubed

so every 10cm depth of water in yours is 42 litres cos 7 x 6 is 42.

Really confused with this now! Sorry gys!

Have ordered and picked up a 40 gal tank, its a completely different shape, not slightly sloping sides but bottom is much smaller and steps up larger every 150cm or so, the top is 960mm wide, which I think is to big for the platform it is going on!

Its not a roof tank as such, its above the cylinder as no roof space.

What is going on? With the measurements I gave both replies thought 40 gal, or close....am I missing something here? The only measurements close in Plumb center catalogue would make it 25gal but sure this is not right.

Any poiners would be much appreciated.

Many thanks
