Replacing diffuser on mixer tap

Hi. Have a mixer tap from Howdens in my kitchen which matches the granite sink. They have been discontinued so no chance of replacing so anyone any ideas of how to repair and/or replace the part?.....
The diffuser has split and now fallen off and so I need the fitting for the inside, which I assume can be removed with a a pair of pliers(?) replacing + the diffuser putting back.
Hope someone can come up with something!

Try Lunns, but 50:1 it'll have to be a new tap.
