Replacing Gravel Board on Rotten Bottomed Post that already have Concrete Spurs attached!

    As title suggests, I have nowhere to attach cleats at both ends because the bottom of the posts are rotten. Is the only answer to attach much longer cleats up the post or is there another solution? I’m not changing the posts!
