Can anyone help me?
The new switch isn't the same as the one already fitted.
What wires go where?

Here's what's already there:

Here's the new switch:

The new switch has a top layer showing: L1(1), L1, L2(1)
Bottom layer showing: L1(2), L2, L2(2)

TIA

I can only assume L1 and L2 are the commons on each gang, so permanent live and the cross link into them. These are pictured at the top of your existing switch, does not matter which way around these are.

L1/1 for one way so the black core of switch on left of picture to that

L2/1 and L2/2 for two way, so black core of switch on right of picture to L2/1 and red core of that switch to L2/2

If you don't have instructions, bell it out with a multimeter.

Worked like a charm.
Thank you so much.
