Hi Any advice please. I live in a victorian terrace and updating my kitchen. The previous owners took out the range and plaster boarded across. I would like to sand the floor boards but there is a biggish stone hearth left with some tiles.
Therefore can I gouge out the stone and lay floorboards on top or is it more complicated than that? There is a cellar and gas condensing boiler beneath the kitchen. Also does anyone know where I can get reclaimed floorboards in Manchester? Thanks for any help everyone Cheers D
