Replacing lead connection to waste stack

How do I connect a plastic 90 degree soil stack bend to an ols lead or cast iron stack.
Pipe runs vertically up the front of house into floor of bathroom, bathroom overhangs by 4 feet over pavement. Will new plastic 110mm pipe fit into this and how do i fix it.?

Can't remember how many times I've said this.

Are you allowed to change it to plastic, question for the building officer before you start.

I know lots that have had to re-instate it as well, Bath and London.

Is that because of listed buildings?

Local regs mostly although listed and English heritage are a pain as well.
