Replacing Old thermostat with new wireless one

Hello, I am looking to replace my old potterton thermostat with a new wireless model.

I have an image of the inside of the Potterton here:

I am wondering if its an easy switch over, i.e can I simply rewire the new one, or is there more to it?

I havent a specific new stat in mind but it needs to be wireless..

Any help on this appreciated.

No problem they are all two wire switched connections.

The contacts just go to the boiler in the same place as the two red wires in your photo.

The receiver will also need a live and neutral connection to power the receiver.

HI Tony thanks for the prompt reply, so from what you say, I will need an electrician to wire in the power to the receiver .. As long as I know I wont be wasting money on a simple switch over I could have done.
