Replacing porch uPVC panel

Hi
I need to replace one of the uPVC panels on my porch, only trouble is I can't get the beading off to get the old one out. Any tips on doing this without damaging anything?

I just did one on mine by leaving on an inch wood chisel into the gap between beading and frame then turning it with some grips. It brought the beading off but has marked it slightly.

The other 3 came out very easily after that.
