replacing pott mini minder with danfoss set 3m-is this ok

We want to update our pott mini minder with something similar. We are thinking more traditional ie twice on/off dial with seperate heating/water controls. The danfoss set 3m looks ideal. Is this an easy fit - using the existing back plate/no wiring mods.? Any other suggestions for replacement gratefully received !! Ta John
