Replacing random coloured tiles

I have a shower room which is tiled with white tiles and a random 'splatter' of an unpleasant blue ones! (About 16 in total and one of them is half covered by the electric shower unit). Is it easy enough to remove and replace these without damage to others? They look a standard size....nothing fancy! Thanks

yes, you smash them in the middle and work outwards removing it (but measure them for size first)
