Replacing Rewireable fuses by MCBs

I have a MEM Kantark-Exel 30A 3-phase fuse board wired with three separate phase circuits comprising 3 fuses for each phase. The board vintage is circa 1970 manufacture.

Is it possible to obtain a proprietary kit of parts to convert the box internals such that all the fuse carriers and fuses are replaced by suitable MCBs

Not a chance I'm afraid. Even if you could retro fit some MCB banks in there it would not be type tested and therefore not suitable for purpose.
