Replacing seals and hinges on UPVC doors and windows

Hi all, hope you had a great weekend! I’m keen to replace the seals on my UPVC windows and balcony doors, and the hinges on some of the windows as well. I’m not sure as to what seals and hinges I would need to buy. Any advice on how I can figure it out? Note that the doors and windows are all about 20 years old. See image below.
